Let me know what date/day/time you would like and also what treatment and any extras you would like to book for. 

My diary is open a few months in advance so if you are wanting to book regular appointments in advance you can.

I offer Saturday appointments and evening appointments during the week, with the last appointment being 6pm in the evening. These book up fast so book these in advance.

Please feel free to bring a drink along with you to your appointment. I do ask that you do NOT bring food into the salon or eat whilst having your nails/treatments done.

Please keep your hands on the desk/arm wrest at all times during your appointment to avoid fibres/dust getting onto your nails.

Please do NOT wear fluffy jumpers in the salon, as the fluff can get on your nails which can effect the finish of your nails.

I do ask for a £10 non refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. If you cancel or change your appointment with less then 48 hours notice you will forfeit your booking fee. Before 48 hours you can change your appointment date/time with no loss of deposit. If you just cancel your appointment with no change your booking fee will be forfeited.

If for any reason I have to cancel your appointment I will give you the option to move your appointment and deposit for a new day and time or have your deposit refunded in full.

Please arrive to your appointment no earlier than 5 minutes before the time of your appointment. If you are 15 minuets or more late to your appointment, you will be classed as a no show and your appointment will be cancelled. Your booking fee will be forfeited and if you wish to book another appointment you will need to pay for it in full on time of booking. Any other future appointments will also be cancelled. 

If you are going to be late or can't make your appointment please just message. 

Before 48 hours - No Charge, Loss of deposit or move deposit to a new day/time

Within 48 hours - 50% charge of appointment fee (Less deposit)

Within 24 hours - 100% Charge of appointment fee (Less deposit)

No show - 100% Charged of appointment fee (Less deposit)

Payment is via bank transfer, if no payment is received within 48 hours all future appointments will be cancelled and you will not be able to book again until fee is paid and in some cases full payment for treatment paid as well.

Please let me know when booking which level of nail art you would like so I can book enough time out. You will be charged for what you book. If you change your mind at the appointment you will still be charged.

If you decide you want a higher level of nail art after booking I cannot guarantee I will have time to do them at your appointment. Also please remember Nail art takes time.

Your nails are guaranteed for 7 days. If you lose a nail and have followed all aftercare please get in touch within 7 days of your appointment and I will fix them free of charge for you as soon as possible. 

Please not I do NOT offer refunds on any treatments. If you are unhappy please let me know before you leave the salon or within the 7 days so I can repair them but no money will be refunded once the treatment has been done and paid for.

The salon is upstairs and I now only accept card payments in the salon and bank transfers for booking fees.
